Very odd. A Victorian-style house currently renting out office space. It's wedged between a used car dealership and an auto body shop on Sherman Way at Corbin Ave.

I remember when this was built. There were several unusual office buildings designed by the same firm back in the 80's...they looked more like fantasy houses than office blocks. There's another one on Roscoe Blvd. at...hmmm...Reseda or White Oak, I believe. It looks like a Snow White cottage.

Yes, it was built as an office building. Late 1970's or early 1980's. Something from that era on Ventura, too, west of Topanga
